Limitations
- Each location must be a Google Business Profile listing. We cannot track locations that aren't registered with Google.
- Service-area businesses without a physical listing may not be eligible for tracking.

How many locations can I track?
Depends on your plan: Starter has 3, Personal has 8, Professional has 15, and Enterprise has 20+. Contact us if you need more.
How do workspaces work?
A workspace groups locations together with shared settings and team members. You can have multiple workspaces — for example, one per client if you're an agency.
Is there separate agency pricing?
Yes. Agencies reselling under their own brand use the Agency plan, which builds on Enterprise and adds white-label widgets plus up to 50 client workspaces. The default allowance is 20 locations, with up to 25 members per workspace including the owner. Included seats, additional location rates, and agency pricing are confirmed in your quote — request an agency demo. Location-based volume pricing may be available for 50+ locations.
Do team members need to share Google credentials?
No. OAuth credentials are stored at the workspace level. Team members access data through ReviewPanel without ever seeing or needing Google login credentials.
