Workspaces let you organize locations and team members into isolated environments. Each workspace has its own roles and permissions.
A workspace is an isolated environment containing locations, team members, and settings. Members of one workspace cannot see data in another workspace unless they're invited to both.
Use workspaces to separate clients (for agencies), departments, regions, or brands.
| Role | Permissions |
|---|---|
| Owner | Full access. Manage billing, delete workspace, manage all members and locations. |
| Admin | Manage locations and settings. Invite/remove members. Cannot delete workspace or manage billing. |
| Read-only | View reviews, analytics, and reports. Cannot modify settings, locations, or members. |
Go to Dashboard → Workspaces → New Workspace. Give it a name and optionally assign locations.
From workspace settings, enter an email address and choose a role. The invitee receives an email with a link to join.
Owners and Admins can change any member's role from workspace settings → Members.
Workspace activity is tracked for audit purposes. Logged events include:
| Plan | Workspaces | Members per workspace |
|---|---|---|
| Professional | 3 | 3 |
| Enterprise | 10 | 10 |
Starter and Personal plans include a single default workspace with the account owner only.
