Deleted-review detection helps explain missing feedback using data previously collected by ReviewPanel. Detection runs at synchronization; it cannot prevent removals or guarantee restoration.
CSV exports are unbranded. Enterprise geo-grid PDFs support your name and logo, and the Agency plan white-labels embedded widgets. Other PDF types, the dashboard, and service emails remain ReviewPanel-branded.

Professional includes up to 15 locations, team workspaces, review replies, and weekly automatic review refresh. Enterprise starts with 20 locations and daily automatic review refresh. The Agency plan builds on Enterprise and adds white-label widgets plus up to 50 client workspaces for reselling under your own brand. Manual refresh allowances also depend on your plan.
The free Starter plan supports up to 3 locations with quarterly automatic refresh. It is separate from the 14-day trial of a paid plan. Review detection and geo-grid scans have their own plan allowances.

ReviewPanel focuses on Google Business Profile. The Agency plan white-labels embedded widgets — removing the external "Powered by ReviewPanel" link so embeds carry your brand on client sites. Automated email/SMS review requests, response approvals, and a fully white-labeled client dashboard are not currently included.

Is ReviewPanel built for agencies managing multiple clients?
Yes. The Agency plan supports up to 50 client workspaces with 25 members. Use a separate workspace when an unrelated client's data must be isolated; roles apply to the whole workspace rather than individual locations. Agencies also get exports, widgets, and post-refresh metrics webhooks.
Which branding controls are available for client deliverables?
The Agency plan white-labels embedded widgets, removing the external Powered by ReviewPanel link so embeds carry your brand on client sites. CSV exports contain raw, unbranded data, and Enterprise geo-grid PDF reports can include your company name and logo. Standard dashboards, service emails, and other PDF report types remain ReviewPanel-branded.
Is there a dedicated agency plan?
Yes. The Agency plan builds on Enterprise and adds white-label widgets plus up to 50 client workspaces. It starts from the Enterprise base (20 locations and 3 members, additional locations from $1.75/month and members from $2/month), with agency pricing set with our team — request an agency demo to get started. Location-based volume pricing may be available for 50+ locations.

ReviewPanel focuses on Google Business Profile reviews.
