The free Starter plan supports up to 3 locations with quarterly automatic refresh. It is separate from the 14-day trial of a paid plan. Review detection and geo-grid scans have their own plan allowances.

Is ReviewPanel built for agencies managing multiple clients?
Enterprise supports up to 10 workspaces. Use a separate workspace when an unrelated client's data must be isolated; roles apply to the whole workspace rather than individual locations. Agencies can use exports, widgets, and post-refresh metrics webhooks within those limits.
Which branding controls are available for client deliverables?
CSV exports contain raw, unbranded data. Enterprise geo-grid PDF reports can include your company name and logo, and Enterprise widgets can remove the external Powered by ReviewPanel link. Standard dashboards, emails, and other PDF report types remain ReviewPanel-branded.
Is there separate agency pricing?
No. Agencies use the standard Enterprise plan: $49.99/month or $479.99/year, including 20 locations and 3 members. Additional locations are $1.75/month each and additional members are $2/month each. Location-based volume pricing may be available for 50+ locations.
How does ReviewPanel fit with the reputation management services we offer?
ReviewPanel focuses on Google Business Profile reviews. Use it to monitor ratings, respond from the dashboard, showcase reviews on client sites, export supported reports, and send post-sync metrics to an external workflow. You retain control of the client relationship and how you position the service.
