How to Set Up ReviewPanel

Create your ReviewPanel account

Sign up using your Google account or email address. This creates your ReviewPanel login — it does not connect your business data yet. That happens in the next step.

Connect your Google Business Profile

Once logged in, go to Settings in your dashboard and click Authorize Google Access. This is a separate step from signing in — it gives ReviewPanel read-only access to your Google Business Profile locations and reviews.

Why two steps? Signing in with Google creates your account. Authorizing Google Business Profile is a separate OAuth permission that lets us read your business locations and reviews. These are different Google permissions for your security.

Explore your dashboard

Common Questions

I signed in with Google but don't see my business data?

Signing in with Google only creates your ReviewPanel account. To see your business locations and reviews, you need to separately authorize Google Business Profile access from Settings → Authorize Google Access. These are two different Google permissions.

Is my Google data secure?

Yes. We use read-only OAuth access and encrypt all tokens at rest. You can revoke access anytime from your Google account. We never modify your Google Business data.

Can I try paid features before subscribing?

Yes. All paid plans offer a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. You can start a trial from the Pricing page. When it ends, you'll be moved back to the free Starter plan unless you subscribe.

What if I only have one location?

The free Starter plan supports 1 location with quarterly auto-refresh and embeddable widgets. It's a great starting point. Upgrade to Personal ($4.99/mo) for monthly refresh and up to 3 locations.

How do team workspaces work?

Workspaces let you invite team members to collaborate on shared business accounts. Each member gets their own login and sees the same locations, reviews, and analytics. Available on Professional and Enterprise plans.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. No contracts, no cancellation fees. Cancel from your dashboard settings and you'll keep access until the end of your billing period. You can always come back later.
