Manual refresh

You can trigger a manual refresh from the dashboard at any time (subject to your plan's limit). A manual refresh runs the same process as an automatic sync — it fetches the latest data from Google immediately.

The manual refresh count resets on the first of each month (UTC).

What happens during a sync

  1. 1 Reviews are fetched from the Google Business Profile API.
  2. 2 Metrics (rating, review count, response rate) are recalculated.
  3. 3 Deleted review detection runs (compares current vs previous review set).
  4. 4 Widgets are refreshed with the latest data.
  5. 5 Webhooks fire if data changed (new reviews, metric updates, deletions).

When syncs run

Automatic syncs are distributed throughout the day to avoid rate limits. Your specific sync time depends on when your account was created and your plan tier. Enterprise accounts with daily syncs typically run in the early morning (UTC).
