CSV & PDF Exports

What can be exported

• Review lists (date, reviewer, rating, and comment)
• Review analytics summaries and interval-by-rating tables
• Geo-Grid scan results (rankings by grid point, visibility scores)

CSV exports

CSV files contain raw data suitable for spreadsheets (Excel, Google Sheets) and BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI). Columns map directly to the data fields shown in the dashboard.

Available on Professional and Enterprise plans.

PDF reports

PDF reports are formatted documents suitable for sharing with clients or stakeholders. They include charts and summary data. Agency workspace review analytics reports support your brand; other report types may retain ReviewPanel branding.

Agency workspace geo-grid PDF reports can include your company name and logo. Professional and Enterprise plans include standard review and location PDF exports with ReviewPanel branding.

Filters carry through

Dashboard filters (such as date range, location, rating, and keyword) are applied to the relevant export. Clear the filters to export all rows available in that report.

These exports cover the supported report data shown above. They are not a complete workspace backup and do not include users, roles, templates, widget settings, webhook settings, or other account configuration.
