CSV & PDF Exports

Export your review data, analytics, and geo-grid results for use in spreadsheets, BI tools, or client reports.

What can be exported

  • Reviews (text, rating, date, reviewer, response status)
  • Analytics data (rating history, review volume, response rates)
  • Geo-Grid scan results (rankings by grid point, visibility scores)

CSV exports

CSV files contain raw data suitable for spreadsheets (Excel, Google Sheets) and BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI). Columns map directly to the data fields shown in the dashboard.

Available on Professional and Enterprise plans.

PDF reports

PDF reports are formatted, branded documents suitable for sharing with clients or stakeholders. They include charts, summary data, and can feature your company logo.

Branded PDF reports (with your logo) are available on Enterprise plans. Professional plans include standard PDF exports.

Filters carry through

Whatever filters you have active in the dashboard (date range, location, rating, keyword) are applied to your export. What you see is what you get. To export all data, clear your filters before exporting.
