Is Personal good for a single location?

Yes—Personal plan supports up to 3 locations with monthly auto-refresh, 1 manual refresh per day, embeddable widgets, and email support. Perfect for single locations that want more frequent updates than the free Starter plan.

When should I move to Professional?

Upgrade to Professional when you have multiple locations (4-15), need webhook notifications for real-time integrations, want priority support, or need team workspace collaboration with up to 3 members.

Is there really a free version of ReviewPanel?

Yes. The Starter plan is completely free and lets you manage 1 business location for as long as you need. It's a great way to evaluate the platform's review management tools. When you're ready to manage more locations or access advanced features, you can upgrade to a paid plan. We also offer a 14-day free trial on paid plans (Personal, Professional, Enterprise), during which you can cancel anytime if it's not right for you.

Can I change or cancel my plan later?

Absolutely. Our pricing is flexible. You can upgrade to a higher tier or downgrade to a lower one at any time through your account settings. If you cancel a paid plan, you won't be billed further and your account will revert to the Starter plan at the end of your current billing period (so you can still view your data until that period ends). There are no penalties or cancellation fees.

What happens if I exceed my plan's limits?

If you connect more locations than your plan allows, or need more frequent refreshes, ReviewPanel will prompt you to upgrade to a suitable plan. We won't ever automatically charge you for overages without your consent. You have control to choose when to upgrade. For example, if your business grows from 3 to 4 locations, you can easily move from Personal to Professional to accommodate that.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards for subscription payments. Payments are handled securely via our payment processor (e.g., Stripe). For Enterprise customers or those needing custom arrangements (annual invoicing, purchase orders, etc.), please contact us to discuss options.

Are discounts available for long-term commitments?

Yes, we offer 20% off if you choose annual billing on any paid plan. The discount is already reflected when you toggle to "Annual" on the pricing page. We occasionally also run promotions or discounts for non-profits – feel free to reach out to our team if you think you might qualify.

What if I need something different (custom plans)?

If your organization has needs that don't cleanly fit our standard plans – for example, you need more than the base 3 team members, or you manage hundreds of locations and want a volume discount – please get in touch. We can create custom enterprise plans or offer volume pricing for larger clients. Our goal is to ensure ReviewPanel works for businesses of all sizes.
